American University’s Kogod School of Business seeks an Event and Operations Assistant to support undergraduate and graduate career services events. You will handle setup, check-in, AV, vendor coordination and daily office tasks.

Industry Engagement at American University's Kogod School of Business provides career development support to undergraduate and graduate business students. Event and Operations Assistants are students who assist with event planning and management as well as the office's administrative operations. This position is paid, and hiring preference is given to students who will be available for both the fall and spring semesters.
Part-time. 7 - 10 hours per week.
Salary Range: $18.50 per hour.

7 - 10 hours per week (variable based on events scheduled), Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. This position will not necessarily have a consistent schedule and individuals with flexibility to work events during both the workday and evenings will be prioritized.
This position will report to the Applied Learning & Employer Engagement Specialist and operate within Kogod's Industry Engagement team.
