Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience; degrees from accredited institutions.
• Experience leading adult professional learning and familiarity with NC standards.
• Strong data collection and evidence-based decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional learning institutes for beginning teachers.
• Provide individualized instructional coaching aligned to growth goals.
• Support aligned professional development and program delivery.

Education

Master’s degree in education or related field

Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience

Equivalent combination of training and experience

Experience leading adult professional learning

Knowledge of NC teaching standards & induction programs

Data collection / evidence-based decision-making
