Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store presentations and tastings, engaging shoppers and explaining product features. You will prepare demonstrations, manage small appliances, and maintain a clean workstation while presenting a professional image in a retail setting.

This part-time role targets up to 25 hours weekly, with potential adjustments by client needs. Prior knowledge of products and strong interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this environment.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: HS diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months related experience ok.
• Proficient with PC and mobile devices using internal systems.
• Local food handler permits may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Prepare, serve, and break down products and supplies.
• Interact with consumers and demonstrate products professionally.
• Maintain professional appearance and work station cleanliness.
• Set up and prepare event table for execution.
• Complete audit corrections and assist client visits.
• Build rapport with store personnel; meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports and online requirements the same day.
