Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store product demonstrations and engage customers in a retail environment. The role involves prepping, serving, and breaking down samples, while maintaining a professional appearance and clean work areas.

The candidate should quickly gain product knowledge, interact with shoppers to drive sales, and follow company guidelines. This is a part-time, on-site position requiring strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a computer and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the products represented.
• Demonstrate products to consumers in a professional manner.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product and supplies.
• Intercept and engage consumers to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workstation.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Complete expense reports and online submissions the same day as events.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
