Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store demonstrations and engage customers with product knowledge. You will prepare and present samples, handle small appliances, and maintain a clean, professional workspace while upholding company standards.

The role emphasizes proactive consumer interaction, accurate documentation, and timely online submissions. This position is part-time, with a maximum of 25 hours per week and on-site work in retail environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient use of a computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products in-store and engage consumers professionally.
• Prepare, serve, and breakdown food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution on assigned tasks.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements on time.
