Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks a part-time In-Store Associate to support in-store product demonstrations and actively engage shoppers, presenting features and benefits to drive product interest.

You will acquire product knowledge, prepare and serve samples using small appliances, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and uphold a professional appearance in a retail setting. This role is limited to about 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Retail or demonstration experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn product details and communicate benefits clearly.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of products represented and demonstrate to consumers.
• Proactively engage, interact, and sell product to shoppers.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up event table and coordinate with store personnel as needed.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements the same day as events.
• Maintain rapport with store staff and meet client objectives.
