Renewal by Andersen is seeking a part-time Retail & Event Marketing Associate to represent the brand at partner retail locations. You will talk with prospective customers in-store, book no-cost appointments, and participate in paid training to apply proven marketing methods to drive results.

The role offers base pay plus commissions, with the earning potential increasing with performance. Weekend availability is required, with possible weekday shifts as well.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal and people-oriented skills.
• Motivated to help build the RBA footprint.
• Dedicated and dependable team player.
• Must be available on weekends; weekday shifts may also be available.
• Available for part-time hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renewal by Andersen at partner retail locations and talk to prospective customers in-store.
• Book no-cost appointments with Renewal by Andersen window experts.
• Participate in paid training and apply proven marketing methodologies to drive results.
• Provide follow-up with feedback and information recap to the team for next steps.
• Earn compensation through base pay plus commissions and bonuses.
