Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic marketers to join our Retail & Event Marketing Team at premier partner locations in the Pittsburgh area. You’ll engage customers in-store, book appointments, and participate in paid training to boost your earning potential.

This part-time position offers a base pay plus commissions, with compensation tied to performance and location factors. You determine how much you earn by increasing appointments and conversions, with a supportive team and growth

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 18 hours per week with weekday and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective customers in-store and book no-cost appointments.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen and participate in paid training.
• Follow up with customers and provide feedback to the team for next steps.
