Renewal by Andersen in Grand Rapids seeks outgoing marketers to join our Retail & Event Marketing Team on a part-time, flexible basis at premier retail partner locations. Base pay starts at $16 per hour with potential weekly commission up to $1,200, plus comprehensive benefits after meeting hours.

You will engage customers, book appointments, and contribute to a proven marketing methodology while supporting work-life balance and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for people.
• Motivated to help build the RBA footprint.
• Team-player who is dependable and dedicated.
• Available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Engage prospective customers in the store and book no-cost appointments with Renewal by Andersen window experts.
• Follow up with customers and provide feedback and informational recaps to the team for next steps.
• Participate in paid training and consistently apply our marketing methodology.
