Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the retailer backing Andersen Windows, is seeking outgoing marketers for our Retail & Event Marketing Team in the Boston metro area. This part-time, on-site role pays a base hourly wage with commission opportunities and the potential to earn more as you set appointments at premier partner locations.

You will talk with prospective customers in-store, schedule no-cost appointments with window experts, and participate in paid training and proven marketing methods to ensure

• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective customers in-store and book appointments for a no-cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
• You'll receive paid training and follow our proven marketing methodology to help ensure your success.
• Collaborate with store teams to drive store visits and schedule appointments for home consultations.
