Job summary

Acosta Group’s Product Connections in Chesterfield, MO seeks an Associate to run in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will manage demo equipment, learn products, engage customers, and drive sales while maintaining professional appearance and safety standards.

The role is part-time with up to 25 hours per week, requiring knowledge of food safety, effective communication, and the ability to set up demo tables and handle ingredients with care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Food Safety Certification or Local Food Handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure event equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with store management when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store.
• Assist Supervisor by providing leadership and product knowledge.
• Learn and convey features and benefits of the products.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Keep a clean, safe workstation and proper grooming.
