Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate who will perform in-store product demonstrations and sell products professionally while managing event equipment. The role requires upholding food safety standards and maintaining a professional appearance in a retail setting.

The position is part-time with a maximum of 25 hours per week, involving interaction with store personnel and coordination of event activities. Training and company guidelines will guide responsibilities and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and a mobile device.
• High school diploma or GED; or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Be the point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead and assist the team with event kits and materials.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Complete online requirements and expense reports on the same day as events.
• Take photos documenting successful event setups.
