Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations in a Madison, NJ retail environment. You will learn products, engage customers, and demonstrate features while maintaining a clean work area and professional appearance.

The role involves preparing samples with common appliances, coordinating event setup, and completing online reports. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and good computer skills; bilingual abilities may help in

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months’ related experience or training preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to learn knowledge of products represented and communicate features and benefits clearly.
Ability to use basic computer and internal systems and navigate the internet.

Responsibilities

Possesses aptitude to gain knowledge of products represented.
Proactively engage and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
Prepare and serve product samples using small appliances (microwave, fryer, skillet, coffee maker, knives).
Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
Set up Event Table and execute tasks for client visits and audits.
Submit expense reports and complete online requirements on the day of event execution.
