Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to deliver in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, engage customers, and professionally present samples to drive interest and sales in retail environments.

The role is part-time, with up to 25 hours per week, and involves handling equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and coordinating with store teams to ensure successful events and accurate administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, PDFs).
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and handle demonstration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Gain adequate product knowledge to represent the products.
• Intercept, engage, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work station.
• Set up Event Table for demonstrations and ensure 100% execution.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports and online requirements on the day of events.
