Job summary

Crossmark Inc. through Product Connections partners with Sam's Club to deliver engaging in-store product demonstrations. As a Lead Event Specialist, you’ll interact with shoppers, present samples, and coordinate event setup and breakdown while guiding teammates when needed.

This part-time role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement. Prior demo experience isn’t required as we provide training and support to help you succeed in a lively retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
