Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 3+ years in retail sales.
• 3+ years in customer service preferred.
• 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.
• Efficient time management, multi-tasking, and standing/walking for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith clients.
• Foster and maintain client relationships through professional after-sale communication.
• Display product knowledge, brand history, and store policies.
• Collaborate with Management to execute goals and brand initiatives.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor and brand standards.
• Assist in inventory tasks, cycle counts, and housekeeping as needed.
