Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to perform in-store alcohol and food demonstrations in compliance with all laws. Learn products, serve customers, demonstrate, educate, and promote offerings in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, verifying ages, engaging shoppers, and helping the team achieve sales goals. Must be 21+, weekend availability, daily smartphone access, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays (weekend shifts).
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, pour samples and verify customers' ages.
• Engage with customers to communicate key points about products demonstrated.
• Ensure compliance with applicable adult beverage laws and regulations.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals of demonstrated products.
