Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to conduct in-store alcohol beverage and food demonstrations in full compliance with laws and regulations. You will build product knowledge, serve, demonstrate, educate customers, and promote products professionally.

Position requires 21+ years, weekend availability, smartphone reporting, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay, weekly pay, paid training, 401K, and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to stand for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, setting-up, pouring samples, and verifying member’s ages while maintaining a clean environment.
• Engaging with retail location customers to communicate key points about products being demonstrated.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable adult beverage laws and regulations.
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals of the products you are demonstrating.
