Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to perform in-store beer, wine, and alcohol demonstrations in compliance with all laws. You will prepare, set up, pour samples, verify ages, and engage customers to communicate product points.

You will work with a team to meet sales goals, receive paid training, and enjoy weekly pay, flexibility for part-time work, and benefits. A valid smartphone and reliable transportation support regular attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays (other weekday shifts may be available).
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, setting-up, pouring samples, and verifying member's ages while maintaining a clean environment.
• Engaging with retail location customers to communicate key points about products being demonstrated.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable adult beverage laws and regulations.
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals of the products you are demonstrating.
