Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to perform in-store alcoholic beverage and food demonstrations in compliance with all laws. Responsibilities include knowledge sharing, serving, demonstrating, educating customers, and promoting products in a professional manner.

The role involves preparing and presenting products, engaging customers, and working with the team to meet sales goals, with part-time hours and opportunity for growth within Acosta Group.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, pour samples, and verify guest ages.
• Engage with customers to communicate key product points.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol laws and regulations.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals for demonstrated products.
