Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to conduct in-store alcohol beverage and food demonstrations in compliance with laws and regulations. You will acquire and share product knowledge, educate customers, and promote products professionally.

The role involves setting up samples, engaging customers, and helping the team reach sales goals while maintaining a clean environment. This is a part-time, in-store position with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, setting-up, pouring samples, and verifying member’s ages while maintaining a clean environment.
• Engaging with retail location customers to communicate key points about products being demonstrated.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable adult beverage laws and regulations
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals of the products you are demonstrating.
