Job summary

CROSSMARK in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist for in-store beverage and food demonstrations. The role requires handling samples, educating customers, and ensuring compliance with alcohol laws. This is a part-time, on-site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Applicants must be 21+, available on Fri–Sun and holidays, and able to lift light to moderate weights. A smartphone is needed to report hours and transportation to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Reliable transportation for regular attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the duration of events.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, setting-up, pouring samples, and verifying member's ages while maintaining a clean environment.
• Engaging with retail location customers to communicate key points about products being demonstrated.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable adult beverage laws and regulations.
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals of the products you are demonstrating.
