Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is seeking independent contractor instructors for in-person, part-time assignments across K–12 schools and community partners.

Assignments run 8–10 weeks with 1–4 instructional hours weekly. Compensation ranges from $50 to $65 per instructional hour, dependent on assignment and location. Start dates occur throughout the academic year and opportunities may be available continuously.

Qualifications

• At least one relevant subject area expertise or practical background.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with youths is valued.
• Strong communication, dependability, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to follow school procedures and instructional expectations.
• Comfort delivering instruction in-person across settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for K–12 students.
• Explain concepts through demonstrations, discussions, and activities.
• Prepare lessons aligned with program objectives and materials.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, and skill development.
• Supervise students and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education on logistics.
• Adhere to site policies, safety procedures, and assignment requirements.
• Fulfill assigned hours and adapt to different student populations.
