Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth development, or related instructional roles.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students.
• Experience with K-12 or youth programs preferred.
• Educational background: 60 college credits minimum preferred.
• Contractor role with school partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for students.
• Prepare lessons aligned to program objectives.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, and skill development.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education on logistics.
• Follow site policies and safety procedures.
