Job summary

Step Ahead ABA seeks an RBT for in-home Reynolds, Indiana, delivering direct ABA therapy 97153 under BCBA plans. You will work Mon–Fri mornings/afternoons/evenings with a BCBA assigned to support you, and you’ll collect data and maintain notes in a family-home setting.

Compensation starts at $23/hour with paid non-billable time for training and meetings; benefits and growth opportunities are provided as part of our flexible, client-centered program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 97153 therapy per BCBA-approved plan.
• Work under BCBA supervision; participate in plan introductions.
• Record session notes and data; attend required meetings.
