Job summary
Verbal Beginnings is a leading in-home ABA therapy provider serving children with autism. This part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA sessions in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
- Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's goals.
- Collect and record data to track progress and inform treatment updates.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family to ensure consistency and carry-over of skills at home.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
