Verbal Beginnings is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, schools, and communities. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress, helping children communicate, gain independence, and build life skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (in-home travel).
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with family to ensure skill carry-over at home.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
