Job summary

Signify Health seeks a Part-Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits last about 45 minutes, including history review and physical examination; diagnostic tests may be added as ordered by the health plan.

You will join a national network of clinicians delivering compassionate care in patients' homes. The role offers approximately 29.5 hours per week with travel within licensed states and the option for virtual visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

• Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role.
• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostics & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
