Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Part-time Physician to join our national network of clinicians performing in-home health evaluations. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes, including a medication and medical history review, a physical examination, and any diagnostic tests ordered by the health plan.

As an in-home clinician, you will travel locally and within licensed states, conduct virtual visits as needed, and provide Signify Health services such as diagnostics & preventive services while prioritizing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
