Signify Health, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations, visiting members at their homes and bridging gaps in care.

The role involves a ~45-minute visit with a review of medications and medical history, a physical exam, and optional diagnostic tests as ordered by the health plan. The position requires an active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) with multi-state licenses preferred, and flexibility to travel locally within licensed states.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multistate licenses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home health evaluations (about 45 minutes).
• Review medication and medical history, conduct physical evaluation.
• Perform diagnostics as ordered by health plan (e.g., spirometry, eye exams).
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits as required.
