Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part-time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. The role includes 45-minute visits, health history reviews, and optional diagnostics, with travel to licensed states and virtual visits as needed.

The position emphasizes compassionate patient engagement, quality care, and the ability to work in diverse home environments, including pets and potential allergens. No medication prescriptions are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, etc.)
