Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks experienced Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Ada County, ID. This part-time role offers flexibility with own hours and visits seven days a week, making it ideal to supplement income.

You will conduct HRAs, document conditions, take vitals, review medications, and educate patients and families. Mileage reimbursement provided, no-show compensation included, and independence is supported by a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Active NP license in Idaho.
Experience with Health Risk Assessments (HRA) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently.
Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
Identify and document acute and chronic medical conditions.
Obtain vital signs and calculate BMI.
Review medications and pharmacological therapy.
Perform a physical examination.
Evaluate patients’ physical, mental, and social health needs.
Educate and counsel patients and their families on health conditions and preventative care.
