Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments across Snohomish County, WA. This part-time role lets you set your own hours, with visits available seven days a week and a minimum commitment of 8–10 hours per week.

Compensation is $110 per completed in-home assessment, with mileage reimbursement and no-show compensation. Active WA NP license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington.
• Experience with Health Risk Assessments (HRA) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
• Identify and document acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Obtain vital signs and calculate BMI.
• Review medications and pharmacological therapy.
• Perform a physical examination.
• Evaluate patients’ physical, mental, and social health needs.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on health conditions and preventative care.
