Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments across Kootenai County, ID. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to supplement income.

You will conduct HRAs, document findings, review medications, and educate patients and families on health maintenance. Idaho NP license and ability to travel for home visits are required.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho.
• Experience with Health Risk Assessments (HRA) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Job description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for patients throughout Kootenai County, ID. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking to supplement their income with a flexible, part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)
• Identify and document acute and chronic medical conditions
• Obtain vital signs and calculate BMI
• Review medications and pharmacological therapy
• Perform a physical examination
• Evaluate patients’ physical, mental, and social health needs
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on health conditions and preventative care

Schedule & Flexibility

• Part-time, flexible scheduling
• Set your own hours
• Visits available 7 days a week
• Minimum commitment of 8–10 hours per week

Compensation

• $110-$120 per completed in-home assessment
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• No-show compensation included
