Job summary

A behavioral health service provider is seeking part-time Behavior Therapists to provide individualized ABA services to clients. This position requires 1:1 client interaction using ABA techniques and a commitment to work a minimum of 10–19 hours per week. Key responsibilities include data collection and parent support. Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least one year of experience with developmental disabilities, and reliable transportation. Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, with significant on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients using individualized ABA techniques.
• Support and guide parents/caregivers on behavior plan tactics.
• Collect data on client progress and objectives.

Skills

Experience with developmental disabilities

Bilingual (Creole speaking)

CPR certification

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related fields
