Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy in East Brunswick, NJ. You’ll implement BIPs, use discrete trial training, prompting, and positive reinforcement, and collect session data.

You’ll work under a BCBA supervisor with ongoing supervision and training. A background in psychology/ABA or related field is preferred, with opportunities to pursue RBT certification and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Background in psychology or ABA or related fields.
• Experience working with children, ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to travel to East Brunswick, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy based on a BIP.
• Use ABA techniques like discrete trial training, prompting, and reinforcement.
• Build rapport to support communication, focus and behaviors.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Participate in supervision and apply clinical feedback from a BCBA supervisor.
