Job summary

Achievement Behavior Servies (ABS) is an agency providing in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. The Behavior Technician role involves working one-on-one with a child in the home environment, under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing the individualized BIP with ABA strategies.

We offer a flexible part-time schedule after school and potential weekend slots. There are opportunities to pursue RBT certification and receive personalized training from BCBA leaders within our ABA Professionals

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills required.
• Proven experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 1:1 in-home sessions with a child following ABA techniques.
• Document progress notes and data points per treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor for guidance and feedback.
• Maintain thorough session documentation and billing records.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members.
