Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a part‑time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy and support clients in Hoboken, NJ. You will work under BCBA supervision, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills in homes, schools, or clinics.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, with a focus on growth toward RBT certification. The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaborative family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
