Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in-home and in community settings across Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.

Responsibilities include teaching functional goals, completing progress notes in our data system, and collaborating with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
