Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across multiple stores within the district. You will support the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, provide counseling, and administer immunizations where permissible.

Travel is required to cover shifts and support pharmacy operations. Required are an active Pharmacist license in the store's state, an active NPI, and no DEA exclusion.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Support safe dispensing and counseling, immunizations, and patient care.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with all laws and CVS policies.
