Responsibilities

• Monitor fax queue and schedule examinations with providers' offices and patients.
• Coordinate multiple exam requests to ensure timely imaging procedures.
• Utilize EMR to process scheduling requests and confirm appointment details.
• Notify providers and patients of issues, preps and appointment information.
• Ensure insurance preauthorization details are documented and accessible.
• Answer calls and assist with booking examinations for patients and referring offices.
