Summit Health Management is seeking a PSR - Imaging Scheduler to join our Imaging department. The role supports patient check-in, insurance verification, and scheduling for CT, Mammo, MRI, and Dexa procedures. You will collect co-pays, assist with intake questionnaires, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with providers.

The position is on-site with a Tue/Thu/Fri 9:00am–5:30pm schedule. Experience in receptionist/scheduling and strong English communication are preferred; High School

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 0-1 years experience required.
• 2-4 years experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, customers and family in person and by phone in a courteous and timely manner, verifying schedule and insurance details.
• Collects patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Assist patients with questionnaires for procedures (CT, Mammo, MRI, Dexa) and prep.
• Schedule and reschedule radiology exams per department protocol.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional appearance; coordinate with providers and technologists.
