Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. The role centers on preparing hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and other food service items while upholding store policies and safety requirements.

Part-time position (25 hours or less per week) with a pay range of $11.50–$13.50 per hour. Must be at least 16 years old and capable of handling cold temperatures and light lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; process transactions and payments with accuracy.
• Stock shelves, displays, and dip cabinets; keep equipment and freezers clean and organized.
• Maintain store security and follow cash-drop procedures and relevant policies.
• Keep the store and parking lot clean; monitor temperatures of refrigeration equipment.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned.
