Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes and other items, while efficiently operating the POS and gas console, and keeping the store stocked and inviting.

The role requires strong guest service, cash handling and English communication, with shifts 1st, 2nd or 3rd and pay range $11.50–$13.50 per hour. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience with a friendly greeting.
• Ability to process payments accurately using a POS system and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas and monitor product quality and temperatures.
• Follow store policies and ensure safe, ethical operations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes and other hand-dipped items.
• Operate POS and gas sales, and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, coolers and dip cabinets; rotate stock.
• Keep the store clean, safe and organized; assist customers as needed.
