United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will hand-dip Cones, shakes, and malts while ensuring safe operation of POS, gas console, and store procedures. The role requires customer interaction, cash handling, and strict adherence to all policies.

This position offers part-time hours (25 hours or less per week) and pay range $11.50/hr - $13.50/hr. Minimum age is 16. Training provided to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money accurately.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to cold temperatures up to -30°F for short periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience with warm, authentic greetings.
• Prepare shakes, cones, hand-packed items and other ice cream/dessert offerings.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, process transactions and manage cash.
• Stock shelves, display cases, and maintain clean, organized dip cabinets and freezers.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies; follow all company procedures.
