Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a part-time Ice Cream Specialist in Ohio to provide outstanding guest service and prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes and other food items. You will follow company policies to ensure safe and efficient operation during your shift, while maintaining honest and ethical standards.

You will also assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily POS and store duties, including cash handling and customer interaction, to ensure a welcoming and smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Part-time availability (≤25 hours/week) and ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare dipside items: shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS and gas console; process transactions and handle cash securely.
