United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will make hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other treats, and handle food service items for guests. Role includes POS and cash handling, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions accurately, and handle cash/credit.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, ice dispensers, and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Maintain store safety by monitoring customers, controlling cash drops, and following security procedures.
• Keep store and equipment clean; monitor refrigeration temps and store conditions.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
