Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to count, perform arithmetic, and handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare dipside items: shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS system accurately and manage gas sales.
• Maintain stock and ensure dip cabinet and freezers are presentable.
• Follow safety policies and maintain cleanliness and refrigeration temps.
