Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and handle refrigerated environments.
• Ability to count money and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and dip-side items.
• Operate POS system and manage gas transactions and cash handling.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
