Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist in Loveland, OH to provide outstanding guest service and prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other items. The role requires operating POS and gas consoles, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The position reports to store management and requires good English communication, basic arithmetic, and the ability to lift items and work in cold temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, cones, and hand-packed ice cream items.
• Operate the Point of Sale and gas console, handling transactions and cash.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and dip cabinet while maintaining cleanliness and freshness.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and proper loss prevention procedures.
• Complete time records and related paperwork as required by Management.
